I have heard Jesus' teachings on "Treasures in Heaven" and that rewards exist for Christians in Heaven, but I really have no idea what that means. Why?

As You Answer: Rewards in Heaven. For many people it sends chills through their spines as we have been trained to think all are equal in Heaven. What teachings have you heard on this? How have you been taught to interpret the rewards passages? What do you think your rewards will be? How are you living Jesus' teaching, "Lay up for yourselves treasures in Heaven."?
